📂Payment calendar

The payment calendar displays expenses and incomes by day and the bank accounts balance.

Day overview

Each day on your calendar will be displayed three numbers:

• Black is your revenue. This amount is formed from outgoing invoices that are due on the date you see in the calendar.

• Red marks your expenses. This amount is formed from invoices, subscriptions, and scheduled payments that you need to pay.

• Green displays your account balance at the time of the last synchronization from the bank.

Click on a date to see a list of documents due on that date.

Totals

At the bottom of the page, you can see the total numbers for the month.

Navigation

Click on Today to view past months and quickly return to the current day.

Notifications

To make sure you don't forget to pay your incoming invoices on time, Runple sends you an e-mail every week on Wednesday with an overview and expenses for the next week. Also, at the end of the month, you will receive an e-mail with the overview and expenses for the next month.
