List

Here, you can navigate between your templates, draft, open, accepted, declined, and deleted offers.

E-mail status

The column e-mail shows the status of the offer e-mail.

The green check mark indicates that the customer has read the e-mail.

The blue mail indicates that the offer e-mail has been sent.

The grey clock indicates that the offer e-mail has not yet been sent.

Templates

Here, you can view, edit, and delete previously created templates.

1. Open offers.

2. Click Templates to open the templates list.

Editing templates

1. Open templates list.

2. Select the template you want to edit.

3. Click Edit

4. Update the template.

5. Click Done

Deleting templates

1. Open a template you want to delete.

2. Click Delete to delete the template.

You can also delete multiple templates at once.

1. Open templates list.

2. Select templates you want to delete.

3. Click Delete

Draft

Here you'll find offers that were saved during the creation.

Open

Here are displayed created offers that are waiting for a client response.

Accepted

Here are displayed accepted offers, based on which you can create a sales order or an invoice.

Declined

Here you'll find declined offers.

Deleted

Here are displayed deleted offers. You can restore or delete them permanently.
