List

The general products list displays general products divided by category.

The categories shown on the left are those you see when adding a general product as a position.

You can also create general products according to your needs.

Assets ledger account

The assets ledger account is used when purchasing products for internal use.

For sale

Activate this option to use the selected product in your sales documents as a general product.

How to hide category

You can hide categories that are irrelevant to your business. To do this, you need to:

1. Hover over the category.

2. Click on the three dots
3. Click

Once you hide a category, it will no longer appear in the general products list in documents.

To display the category again, you need to:

1. Hover over the category.

2. Click on the three dots
3. Click

Hidden categories are displayed at the bottom of the categories list.
