Purchase prices

Purchase prices are calculated automatically based on purchase orders. The purchase price includes the unit price and, if specified, delivery and insurance costs.

Click goods, services, or digital products to navigate between prices for product types.

The list of available product types depends on product settings.

Last purchase price

The last purchase price is the price from the last created purchase order containing the selected product.

Purchase price, net

It's the average purchase price.

The average purchase price is updated when the product is warehoused.

Edit

You can enter purchase prices manually.

1. Click Edit

2. Activate the option Set purchase price manually.

Once you've activated this option, the purchase price will no longer be updated automatically.

3. Enter the purchase price, net.

If you select services, you need to specify your prime costs instead of the purchase price.

4. Click Done to apply changes.
