Billing

You can pay for the Runple subscription using a bank card.

It doesn't matter what type of card it is. You can use both a regular bank card (debit) and a credit card.

Charges occur monthly on the date the subscription is activated. Payments are made in advance for the following month.

A week before the charge, you'll receive an e-mail notifying you of the upcoming payment, including the amount that will be charged and the card it will be charged from.

If we are unable to charge the payment, you'll still have access to Runple for 7 days. You'll receive an e-mail notifying you of the failed payment, and a corresponding alert will be displayed in the system. However, access to the system remains during this 7-day period.

If the payment fails again within those 7 days, the system will be deactivated. You can still pay for the subscription, and access to the system will be restored.
