With PDF Designer, you can customize the design of your offers, sales orders, outgoing invoices, outgoing credit notes, and delivery notes.
To customize a specific section, use the buttons above the preview
or simply click on the selected section.
Once you have made changes, you can apply or discard them.
In the Design, you can change the colors, fonts, and styles of your documents.
Here, you can upload your logo and set up its position and size.
In this section, you can choose what information will be displayed in the header.
Here, you can set up the position of the document number.
In this section, you can specify the data displayed in the positions table.
In this section, you can choose what information will be displayed in the footer.
Here, you can add text to the header or footer of your documents.
Here, you can add images to the header or footer of your documents.
1. Click on System in the menu on the left.
2. Select PDF Designer
Use drag and drop to reorder blocks.
Click Apply to save changes and apply them to the new documents you will create.
Click Discard if you want to discard changes and restore the last saved version.
Click Export to download the preview PDF file.
