In this section, you can manage your Runple subscription.

Plans

The system is divided into two products: RunBill and Runple. You can switch between them at any time.

RunBill

RunBill is a product designed solely for accounting and offers Free and Standard plans.

Runple

Runple is an all-in-one system for those who need warehouse management and tools to provide services. Runple doesn't have plans.

The user can switch between any plans at any time.

Switching between products

Upgrade from RunBill to Runple

To switch from RunBill to Runple, click Upgrade on the banner.

If you upgrade your plan, the changes will be applied instantly, and you'll have access to the new plan's features.

To switch from Runple to RunBill, click Switch.

If you downgrade your plan, your current plan will be active until the end of the month.

Modules

Here, you can manage the modules you use. You can activate or deactivate modules at any time.

If you activate the module, you'll get access to the new module immediately.

If you deactivate the module, you will have access to the module until the end of the month.

Modules are only available in Runple.

Users

This section shows the number of additional users and users included in your subscription plan.

Billing

On the right, you will find the billing summary for the next month.

Every month, on the billing date, you'll receive an invoice from Runple for the next month.

Please don't forget to pay the invoice on time. If you don't pay the invoice within 14 days, your workspace will be blocked until payment.

Subscription cancellation

If you want to cancel your subscription:

  1. Activate the option I want to cancel your subscription.

  1. Enter your password.

After you cancel your subscription, your workspace will be active until the end of the current period. After that, it will be blocked, but you can reactivate your subscription within three months.

Please note: if your workspace is inactive for three months, your account will be permanently deleted.

You can manage active users in the module.

Click Manage users to open the active users list.

Click Cancel subscription

Confirm the cancellation of your subscription
