Import prices

Before importing prices, products must already exist in Runple. You can create products manually or import them.

  1. Open Data import.

  1. Click Import prices.

  1. Click Download template

  1. Fill the template with your data.

Based on either the Runple ID, Manufacturer code, or EAN, Runple will match the imported data to existing products. You can find this information in the product details.

If you do not specify the VAT rate in the import file, the price will be imported with the default VAT rate.

  1. Upload your data.

You can drag the file into the Data import window or click Upload file

  1. Review the data.

The import preview shows what data can be imported and whether the uploaded file contains errors.

  1. Click Importto import your data.

Please note that the time required for import may vary depending on the amount of data.

You don't need to wait until your data is imported. You can continue working with Runple after the import has been started.

You can check the import status in the Import history.
