Import products

1. Open Data import.

1. Click Import products.

1. Choose between goods, services, and digital products.

1. Select the product type.

Click here to find out what product type means.

If you need to import products with different product types, you will need to split them into multiple import files. One file for each product type.

1. Click Continue
2. Click Download template

1. Fill the template with your data.

The template files for goods, services, and digital products contain different sets of columns.

1. Upload your data.

You can drag the file into the Data import window or click Upload file

You can also change the previously selected product type.

1. Review the data.

The import preview shows what data can be imported and whether the uploaded file contains errors.

1. Click Importto import your data.

Please note that the time required for import may vary depending on the amount of data.

You don't need to wait until your data is imported. You can continue working with Runple after the import has been started.

You can check the import status in the Import history.
