Incoming deliveries

Incoming deliveries are deliveries of goods from purchase orders that are created automatically when you create a purchase order.
1. Click on Warehouse in the menu on the left.
2. Select Incoming deliveries
Here you'll find incoming deliveries from the created purchase orders. They contain goods that haven't yet been received.
To confirm the goods receipt, you need:
1. Open incoming deliveries.
2. Select incoming delivery, for which you want to confirm the goods receipt.
4. Specify the received quantity.
Activate the option Received all goods to confirm the goods receipt for all ordered goods.
You can also specify the batch, expiration date, and storage place.
Deactivate the option Receive and warehouse, if you want to confirm the goods receipt and warehouse the products separately.
Here are displayed incoming deliveries for which the goods receipt has been confirmed. Goods from these incoming deliveries must be placed in the warehouse.
1. Open Incoming deliveries.
2. Click Received.
3. Select incoming delivery, the goods from which you want to place in the warehouse.
5. Specify quantity.
Activate the option Warehouse all goods to warehouse all goods.
You can also specify the storage place.
1. Open incoming deliveries.
2. Click Received.
3. Find incoming deliveries for which you've canceled the warehousing.
5. Enter the goods quantity you want to return.
Here you'll find goods from which were received and placed in the warehouse.
1. Open incoming deliveries.
2. Click Warehoused.
3. Select incoming deliveries for which you want to cancel warehousing.
Once product units contained in the incoming delivery have been shipped to the customer, you can no longer cancel warehousing for these units.
5. Specify the goods quantity for which you want to cancel warehousing.
3. Click the icon Goods receipt
5. Click Receive and warehouse
4. Click the icon Warehousing
6. Click Warehouse
4. Click the arrow icon at the end of the row.
6. Click Return
4. Click the arrow icon at the end of the row.
6. Click Cancel warehousing
