Warehouse transactions reflect the movement of product units in the warehouse.

Transaction types

Receiving goods in a warehouse

A transaction of this type is created automatically when the goods are received in the warehouse with incoming delivery.

Stock transfer

Transactions of this type are created automatically when goods are moved between storage places within the same warehouse.

Shipping goods from a warehouse

Such transactions are created automatically when outgoing delivery is sent.

Book goods

A transaction of this type is created manually or during the stock status import when it is necessary to increase the amount of goods in the warehouse without creating an incoming delivery.

Write off goods

A transaction of this type is created manually when it's necessary to write off goods from the warehouse.

Transaction details

Each transaction contains the following information:

  • Transaction type

  • Product

  • Quantity of product units

  • Batch number

  • Stock transfer

  • The document number that initiated the transaction

  • The employee who initiated the transaction.

Where to find Transactions

1. Click on Warehouse in the menu on the left.

2. Select Transactions
