📂Stock status

The stock status indicates the availability of goods currently in inventory.

Main stock

Here you'll see the availability of goods in the main warehouse, from which the goods are sent to customers.

Ordered

This column displays the number of undelivered goods in open purchase orders.

In stock

Here you'll see the amount of goods physically available in the warehouse.

Sold

This column displays the number of undelivered goods in open sales orders.

Available

This is the difference between the quantity of goods in stock and the quantity sold.

Click the arrow at the end of the row to see the documents that contain the selected product or the warehouse locations where it's located.

You can choose which data to display using the table settings.

Stock evaluation

The product price in the warehouse is calculated from the purchase price net for each unit, multiplied by the number of units of all products.

If the goods were manually booked through warehouse transactions or imported via data import, these units don't have a fixed price and are not included in the stock evaluation calculation.

Returns stock

Here are displayed the product units returned to you by customers.
