Open deliveries

Open outgoing delivery - this is a delivery that you need to pack and ship to your client.

To start the packing process, you need to:

1. Open outgoing deliveries.

2. Select the outgoing delivery you want to pack.

3. Click Pack

Picking goods

Before you start packing, you need to collect the goods contained in the outgoing delivery. To collect goods, you need to get a pick list.

You can get a pick list in two ways:

Pick list for multiple deliveries

1. Open outgoing deliveries.

2. Click Generate pick list

3. Select whether the data will be grouped.

4. Click Generate

Pick list for a specific delivery

1. Open Outgoing deliveries.

2. Select the outgoing delivery for which you want to get a pick list.

3. Click Get pick list

Edit

You can edit open deliveries at any time.

Click Edit to edit the open delivery.

Outgoing delivery linked to a sales order can contain only goods from a sales order.

Actions with open deliveries

Click More Actions to view the list of actions you can do with the open delivery.

Cancel

Click Cancel to cancel an open delivery.
