Creation

1. Open Credit notes.

2. Click Create credit note

3. Select the purpose.

Outgoing: to correct or cancel an outgoing invoice.

Incoming: to correct or cancel an incoming invoice.

General: correct the business partner's balance.

4. Click Create credit note

Depending on the selected option, the flow of credit note creation will differ:

Creating an outgoing credit note

Creating an incoming credit note

Creating a general credit note
