List
Here, you can navigate through your templates, draft, open, paid, canceled, and deleted outgoing invoices:

E-mail status
The column e-mail shows the status of the invoice e-mail.
The green check mark indicates that the customer has read the e-mail.
The blue mail indicates that the invoice e-mail has been sent.
The grey clock indicates that the invoice e-mail has not yet been sent.
Templates
Here, you can view, edit, and delete previously created templates.
1. Open outgoing invoices.
2. Click Templates to open the templates list.
Editing templates
1. Open templates list.
2. Select the template you want to edit.

Click Edit

4. Update the template.
5. Click Done
Deleting templates
1. Open a template you want to delete.
2. Click Delete to delete the template.
You can also delete multiple templates at once.
1. Open templates list.
2. Select templates you want to delete.

3. Click Delete
