Click the Cloud icon to download the invoice file.
Click the arrows to navigate between the invoice pages.
Click plus or minus to zoom in or zoom out the preview.
You can add an internal remark to the incoming invoices.
1. Open incoming invoices.
2. Select the invoice you want to add the remark to.
3. Click Edit
4. Click Remark
5. Enter the remark.
6. Click Done
Once you have added the remark, it will be displayed in the invoice and on the credit notes list.
Internal remarks are not visible to your customers and do not appear in PDFs and e-mails.
